My summary

My name is Timothy, I’m 20 years old and spent the first 13 years of my life travelling constantly. I’m currently studying at the University of Pretoria, majoring in Anthropology and Visual Culture Studies-however, my primary interest is Philosophy and has been since I was 12: particularly focusing on French Post-Structural theory with an emphasis on the philosophies of Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari. I am, however, well equipped to guide students in the history of Western Philosophy, from the pre-Socratics to contemporary thinking. Outside of Academia, I have an interest in visual art, music, photography, micropolitics and literature. I hope, at some point, to establish myself as a novelist.
